Pilates is performed with bare feet or non-skid socks and comfortable clothing.

We think Joseph Pilates sums it up best: “In ten sessions you will feel the difference, in twenty sessions you will see the difference, in 30 sessions you will have a whole new body”. However, in our opinion, the first session will leave you feeling taller, lighter, and with a. stronger sense of self! We recommend coming at least 2-3x/week for best results, although people see gains anywhere from 1x/week to daily.

Pilates Elevated recommends starting your Pilates practice by taking advantage of the Intro Private session/s for new clients. The benefit of receiving a private session with an instructor is understanding Pilates principles and assessing your individual body.
Semi-private classes are another great option if you have a friend you would like to learn and workout together!
Private and semi-private sessions are a wonderful opportunity to work on you body’s needs and to continue making you feel great for years to come.

Pilates Elevated enforces a 12-hour cancellation policy. If the class session/appointment isn’t canceled at least 12 hours in advance, the client will be charged in full.
